Job Summary
Crew Chief in a auto-service retail leadership role focused on guiding the crew with the General Manager to drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include leading daily team huddles, managing inventory and budgeting, executing training programs, developing teammates, maintaining safety and operational standards, performing opening/closing duties, and supporting the GM with financial objectives and workforce engagement. Requires 1-3 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment; must be able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds; must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
