Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, setting direction for business goals, and coaching automotive technicians to ensure consistent revenue growth and guest experience. Execute excellent customer service, manage inventory and product orders, and handle cash processes while adhering to all safety rules and regulations. Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring the service center remains clean, safe, and presentable. Perform opening and closing duties and address guest issues, maintaining a positive work environment for teammates and guests.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to work in an environment in which you frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
