Job Summary
Crew Chief is a management role within Team Car Care, partnering with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive revenue growth through guest count and core performance metrics, and coach and develop teammates. The role includes leading daily team huddles and store meetings, training through internal programs, maintaining inventory and cash handling processes, ensuring safety and cleanliness, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing mentorship to automotive technicians and CSAs. Requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, a proactive leadership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with physical requirements such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
