Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, setting direction for business goals, and driving consistent revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance. Coach and execute excellent customer service while building team engagement, efficiency, and an engaged workforce that reflects customer volume. Ensure quality control measures are followed, manage inventory and product orders, and handle guest issues, cash processes, and critical initiatives with the District Manager. Provide clear direction to automotive technicians and CSAs, perform opening and closing duties, and maintain a safe, clean service center. Requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
