Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, coaching automotive technicians and CSAs, and executing excellent customer service to boost sales and revenue growth. Drive consistent revenue through growing guest count and lead measure performance while managing inventory, cash handling, and product orders. Ensure the service center remains clean, safe, and presentable per the Guide to Excellence, and assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance. Provide clear direction to the team, hold others accountable to safety rules and regulations, and assist guests with questions in-person or via telephone. Perform opening and closing duties when the General Manager is off. Requires one to three years of retail management experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to work in an environment in which you frequently experience hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes
