Job Summary
Lead the management team by leading daily team huddles, setting direction for business goals, and coaching automotive technicians and CSAs on service standards. Drive revenue growth through core sales mix performance, MultiCare, and Core Plus metrics while ensuring consistent quality control and safety compliance. Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues, assisting the General Manager with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls. Build an engaged workforce by delivering ongoing guidance and mentoring, while maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable service center. Perform opening and closing duties when the GM is absent and uphold all rules and regulations to ensure a productive environment.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people
- Sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Ability to analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to stand on your feet on hard surfaces like concrete or metal
- Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
