Job Summary
Crew Chief role within a fast-paced automotive-service retail environment, focused on leading the crew, coaching teammates, and collaborating with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, improve guest experience, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities include guiding daily operations, leading team huddles and meetings, mentoring automotive technicians and customer-service staff, managing inventory and budget considerations, supporting scheduling and training initiatives, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving performance improvements through coaching, feedback, and adherence to company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
