Job Summary
Crew Chief at a tire/auto service environment leading the crew in partnership with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach and develop teammates, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and maintain safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include leading daily team huddles, guiding staff through training, managing inventory and financial performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, scheduling and directing opening/closing duties, and leveraging internal programs to build an engaged workforce while supporting career growth. Strong leadership, communication, and a customer-first mindset are essential to drive sales and service results in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Professional automotive experience is not required
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
