Job Summary
Crew Chief in automotive retail management leading the team under the General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach and develop teammates, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth operations. Responsibilities include leading daily team huddles and store meetings, overseeing budgeting, sales forecasts, inventory, and safety, providing guidance and mentoring to technicians and CSAs, handling opening/closing duties, and supporting initiatives to increase sales and service results. Requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; location Monroe, LA; on-site role with willingness to supervise through hands-on leadership and collaboration with GM and DM.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- exceptional oral and written communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- must be at least 18 years of age
- candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
