Job Summary
Crew Chief at Team Car Care (Memphis, TN). Lead and coach the crew alongside the General Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance guest experience, and ensure smooth operations. Responsible for developing teammates through internal training, conducting daily team huddles and store meetings, overseeing inventory and cash handling, assisting with budgeting and financial performance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, a guest-first mindset, ability to analyze financial objectives, and willingness to perform opening/closing duties. Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.; expected to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management is preferred; professional automotive experience is not required.
