Job Summary
Crew Chief responsible for leading the store leadership team, guiding the crew with the General Manager, coaching and developing teammates, and driving revenue through guest engagement and service quality. Role involves overseeing training programs, conducting daily team huddles and store meetings, managing inventory and budgeting activities, ensuring safety and operational standards are followed, and maintaining a clean, welcoming service center. The position emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to translate objectives into actionable coaching and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Professional automotive experience not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse groups
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
