Job Summary
Crew Chief responsible for leading a store team, partnering with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction, coach and develop teammates, handle inventory and budgeting tasks, and ensure safety and adherence to standards. Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse groups
- Understanding of retail industry and financial objectives
- Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- 18 years of age or older
