Crew Chief

As Crew Chief, you’ll be an important part of our management team, working with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive revenue growth through guest counts and sales metrics, coach and develop teammates, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You’ll lead daily team huddles, oversee inventory and scheduling, support budgeting and financial performance, and maintain safety and a clean, presentable service center. This role provides leadership opportunities, training, and career growth within a fast-paced retail automotive environment, with responsibilities including mentoring technicians and CSAs, ensuring adherence to procedures, and helping build an engaged workforce.
