Job Summary
As a Crew Chief, you will be a key part of the management team, guiding the crew alongside the General Manager to drive revenue, coach teammates, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include leading daily team huddles, setting direction to achieve business goals, managing inventory and store operations, handling opening/closing duties, supporting budgeting and financial performance with the GM, ensuring a safe and presentable service center, and mentoring automotive technicians and CSAs while fostering a high-performance, guest-first culture. The role emphasizes leadership development, training through internal programs, and opportunities for career advancement within Team Car Care.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Professional automotive experience is not required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse groups
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
