Job Summary
Crew Chief in a fast-paced automotive retail service environment. Lead and coach the crew under the General Manager, drive revenue through guest engagement and performance metrics, participate in training and development, manage inventory and daily operations, support budgeting and financial objectives, ensure a safe, clean, and compliant service center, and guide the team through daily huddles and store meetings to achieve business goals. Demonstrates leadership, strong communication, guest-first mindset, and the ability to mentor technicians and front-line staff while maintaining high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of retail management experience
