Job Summary
CRES Co-ordinator responsible for comprehensive administrative support across multiple functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal) and facilities-related duties. Responsibilities include managing office operations, vendor services, conference room scheduling, executive calendars, meeting logistics, reception coverage, seating/space planning, new hire placement coordination, preparing materials for executive meetings, coordinating building and security procedures, assisting with invoices and requisitions, and supporting Records Information Management (RIM) initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills are essential. Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; or equivalent education and experience.
- Some experience providing specialized administrative support.
