Job Summary
Manage the 32-unit Creekside Apartments complex by advertising vacancies, negotiating leases, and collecting rents while forecasting expenditures and analyzing variances. Maintain the premises by investigating tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting units, and supervising vendor repairs. Establish rental rates through local market surveys and prepare reports by summarizing data trends. Confront violators of policies and show units to attract tenants via referrals and location advantages. Willing to assist at sister properties when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in real estate or sales
- Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Motivation for sales
- Negotiation
- Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Competence with property management software
- Professionalism

- Willing and able to help out at sister properties when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1- 2 years management experience a plus
- Knowledge of Appfolio Property Management Software a plus
