Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility transfers. Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide medication reminders while offering companionship and emotional support. Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed and document care provided, reporting any changes in condition.
