Job Summary
Part-time temporary Fragrance Specialist role at Nordstrom in The Woodlands, TX focused on delivering a premium customer experience and driving Creed brand sales. Responsibilities include executing store-level sales plans, contributing to presell launches and in-store events, engaging customers to promote brand awareness, supporting team meetings, and collaborating with management to meet sales goals. Requirements include at least 3 years of retail sales experience (fragrance/ luxury preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and physical ability to work in-store with lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred
- Experience in retail/fragrance industry; comfortable working in a retail environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills to support business needs
- Good technical computer skills, keyboarding, and knowledge of reporting tools/systems
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; ability to multi-task
- Physical ability to move in store including kneeling, stooping, carrying, bending, twisting; ability to lift to 25lbs
