Job Summary
Execute the Customer Experience and drive retail sales plans by achieving personal sales goals and supporting out-of-home base sales. Champion brand awareness through customer engagement, presell launches, and event setup while partnering with management on daily meetings. Accountable for productivity, including pre-sale and launch objectives, and ensure store operations by opening and closing boutique locations. Maintain high standards for the Creed Sales Team and foster a culture of transparency, recognition, accountability, and communication. Requires minimum 3 years of fragrance or luxury retail sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience
- Relevant experience demonstrating strong sales experience and proficiency in the retail/fragrance industry
- Experienced and comfortable with working within a retail environment and building relationships
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Event planning and organizational skills
- Good technical computer skills
- Keyboarding skills
- Knowledgeable of various reporting tools and systems
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability and willingness to multi-task
- Physical ability to move in store including kneeling, stooping, carrying, bending, twisting
- Ability to lift to 25lbs
- Required to open and close if position is based in a boutique location
