Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end logistics and supply chain Accounts Payable process for the Americas region, managing a small team responsible for accurate invoice processing, NetSuite reconciliation, and supplier relationship management. Own creditor age analyses, resolve unmatched items, and prepare monthly aging reports while ensuring general ledger balances reflect supplier liabilities. Review and approve logistics invoices, verify supporting documentation including bills of lading and shipping details, and contribute to weekly cash flow forecasting and cost variance analyses. Maintain accurate supplier master data and collaborate with cross-functional finance teams. Requires advanced English proficiency, NetSuite experience, and 3–5 years in logistics accounting.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Diploma or Degree)
- Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant accounting or Accounts Payable experience
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and controls
- Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills
- Understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Strong email and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to deliver results through others
