Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately, reconcile creditors accounts and supplier statements, and prepare payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements. Resolve account queries and discrepancies, maintain accurate financial records and filing systems, and liaise with suppliers and internal departments. Assist with month-end procedures and reporting. This detail-oriented role supports the finance and administration team at a well-established Ballito motor dealership, requiring strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience within the automotive industry.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Creditors Clerk within a motor dealership
- Strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience
