Job Summary
Develop and administer training programs for credit union employees, including new hires, core system updates, and product/service sales. Research, write, and evaluate training materials while coordinating external classes and maintaining the internal training library and tracking system. Collaborate with the IT Department to review system releases and ensure all departments receive applicable notifications. Update existing manuals and provide monthly and year-end training reports. Work Monday through Saturday, with availability for additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite
- Two years training experience
- Two years public speaking or group presentation experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Able to create spreadsheets and analyze data
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive information
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry-out detailed instructions and to deal with problems involving variables
- Able to perform basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using a calculator
- Able to write complex sentences using normal word order with present and past tenses, as well as a command of the English vocabulary
- Must be able to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
