Job Summary
Process member transactions through in-person, video, ITM, or phone channels, balance cash drawers, and assist with check and debit card reorders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Build trusting relationships with members and colleagues, answer questions via multiple channels, stay informed on products and promotions, and use KeyInsight to identify member needs and refer appropriate services. Maintain high standards of confidentiality, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor to deliver extraordinary service and support TTCU’s values; adapt to varying demands, priorities, and a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year of customer service experience in banking, retail, or related field
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or another language preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to navigate the internet and understand basic browser settings
- Ability to learn proprietary software such as Keystone, OnBase, KeyInsight, Concur, and Genesys
- Follow policies and procedures and support organizational goals
- Demonstrated dependability with reliable attendance and timeliness
