Job Summary
External Reporting Associate in Balance Sheet & Capital External Reporting responsible for regulatory disclosures, balance sheet and capital reporting, and coordinating inputs across cross-functional teams to strengthen transparency for senior stakeholders. Own and ensure timely, accurate regulatory submissions; enhance risk-weighted asset reporting; advise on product accounting and alignment with policy; provide analytics to optimize capital usage; and communicate regulatory developments and revenue recognition considerations on structured transactions. The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and cross-region coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial products
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
