Job Summary
Manage daily operations for an assigned accounts receivable portfolio across EMEA, APAC, and North America, ensuring customer accounts are handled according to Teleflex CARE principles. Personally oversee high-risk customers and analyze past due balances by country to drive action plans that improve working capital. Collaborate with the team of Credit to Cash Analysts, Team Leads, and Specialists to ensure training completion, create engaging team events, and develop customized career development plans. Take ownership of SAP receivables management, work with IT and the Americas collections team to optimize system usage, and ensure all processes remain SOX compliant. Continuously identify process gaps, propose solutions with OTC peers, and track metrics to update best practices for the function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 5+ years accounts receivable or finance experience
- Good financial statement and credit analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience
- Demonstrated sense of urgency with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently to meet and exceed department goals
- Excellent planning, communication, and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners
- Proven ability to learn new systems and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expected Travel: Up to 10%
- TRAVEL REQUIRED: 10%
