Job Summary
Lead Autodesk's Credit Tech Operations Team to support technical deliverables and training for a 90+ person team handling AR-to-cash processes. Represent CFS AR on technical projects, document policies and procedures, participate in ERP updates and automation efforts, assist with ad hoc AR reconciliation and collections projects, and coordinate with internal groups (Tax, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Client Services). Requires deep OTC/AR experience, strong PM, GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP/ERP and Salesforce; familiarity with automation (RPA) and agentic AI implementations is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Order to Cash (OTC) process
- 5-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit and Collections
- Strong project management skills
- Good understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills, proficient in all other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables at once
- Strong influencing skills
- SAP or large-scale ERP system experience
- Salesforce experience
