Job Summary
Credit Specialist for Hungary focusing on expanding Teya financing. Engage eligible merchants by phone, explain financing options and key terms, assess interest and eligibility, collect required information, and hand over qualified leads to financing partners. Guide customers through documentation and risk checks, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and maintain accurate records while supporting financing campaigns. Requires 2+ years of sales experience in financing, a university degree in Finance or Economics, strong sales and communication skills, fluency in Hungarian and English, and the ability to move commercial conversations forward in a fast-paced growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in a sales role focused on financing, lending, or loan products
- University degree in Finance, Economics or similar field
- Confidence in speaking with customers by phone and moving commercial conversations forward
- A strong sales mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs, build interest, and convert qualified opportunities
- Ability to explain financial products and key conditions in a clear, simple, and credible way
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Ability to work across internal teams and external partners in a structured and responsive way
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn fast in a growing environment
- Good judgement when qualifying leads and handling sensitive customer conversations
- High attention to detail and discipline in keeping systems and documentation up to date
