Job Summary
Process customer credit applications, research financials and payment history using Dun and Bradstreet reports, and approve or manage credit limits for assigned accounts. Follow up on delinquent accounts, initiate third-party legal action when necessary, and review daily cash receipts to ensure timely deposits. Advise management on bad debt write-offs, maintain credit history files, and counsel business units on financing arrangements and contracts. Observe safety requirements and report unsafe practices immediately. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with 3 to 5 years of business-to-business collections experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge in credit and collections
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills
- Experience within the credit and collections field
- 3 to 5 years of business-to-business collections
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- University degree in business administration, commerce, economics or related field; or equivalent, or related job experience
