Job Summary
Develop and manage detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets for assigned Business Units while collaborating with the Consolidation team to ensure accurate projections. Monitor BU financial performance by establishing KPIs, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Lead the preparation of timely financial reports, consolidate data for investor relations, and identify risks within the Brazilian financial market's unique regulatory environment. Serve as a financial advisor to BU leaders, partnering with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to align financial outcomes with business objectives. Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance analysis and reporting, requiring fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Proven experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial planning roles within the Brazilian financial market
- Portuguese: Fluency required (working language in Brazil)
- English: Fluency required (investor relations, reporting, executive communication)

- Professional certifications (CPA, CFA)
- Master's degree
- Backgrounds in digital banking, payment companies, or fintechs
- Experience with credit products (personal loans, credit cards, or credit lines)
- Advanced Excel (Google Sheets)
- Advanced knowledge to work with data sources in different tools
- AI fluency: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) in a professional context
- US GAAP knowledge
- Spanish: Strongly preferred (daily working language with leadership and cross-functional teams)
- Candidates with all three languages at executive level
- Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations
- Strategic mindset: Able to see the big picture while managing the details, with a strong focus on business growth
