Job Summary
Set up new customer accounts, establish credit limits using reports and payment history, and determine if orders can be released from credit holds. Respond to emails from internal and external customers, reply to credit reference requests, and follow up with past-due accounts weekly. Apply payments to accounts, review short pays and discount reports, and enter sales tax exemption forms into the database. Provide AR aging reports and invoices upon request, pull documentation for audits, and train on team workflows such as mill certifications and billing. Develop relationships with sales staff while maintaining accurate records to support collections. This role is based at Leeco Steel's Lisle, IL headquarters and requires in-office attendance.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in credit and collections preferred
- Experience with Microsoft GP is a plus
