Job Summary

Credit Specialist to support the finance team in the end-to-end sales credit lifecycle and customer master data management. Responsibilities include auditing incoming sales credit requests for accuracy with required supporting documents, collaborating with the sales and operations teams to investigate discrepancies, entering and processing approved credit memos into the ERP system with high data-entry accuracy, maintaining organized credit transaction files for audit and compliance, assisting in monthly reporting on sales credit activity, reviewing new account applications and verifying tax IDs to ensure billing/shipping accuracy, maintaining confidential customer data, and performing related duties with regular attendance. Essential skills include attention to detail, strong communication (verbal and written), research, critical thinking, problem solving, relationship building, time management, and confidentiality. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • relevant finance experience
  • advanced skills in spreadsheet, word processing software applications, and Google Suite
