Job Summary
Credit Specialist/Collector I responsible for AR aging for approximately 80 customer accounts; conduct collection calls and emails to meet weekly cash goals, track and report A/R status, monitor customer trends, manage disputes and lien releases, and escalate accounts as needed. Requires knowledge of California mechanic’s lien law and construction-industry standards, strong Excel/Office skills (pivot tables), and excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Reports to Collections Supervisor; no supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School/College degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
