Job Summary
Credit Specialist focused on invoicing, credit processing, and account maintenance in Katy, TX. Responsibilities include generating warehouse and e-commerce invoices, processing returns and credit memos with proper documentation, resolving invoice discrepancies with internal teams, maintaining tracking/reporting for returns and credits, handling billing inquiries, managing customer accounts including setup, providing A/R reporting to Sales, processing claims/credits/reimbursements within timelines, assisting with shortages/overages/rebates/adjustments, and serving as backup for team functions with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Credit, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Apprise, BOT, or similar preferred)
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
