Job Summary
Originates residential mortgage loans and HELOCs for clients, delivering loan solutions in person or by phone; builds and deepens relationships with clients by leveraging the bank's capabilities; analyzes client financials, assesses borrowing needs, and recommends suitable products; guides clients through the mortgage process from application to closing, including gathering documents and communicating progress via outbound calls, email, and online messaging; coordinates with internal partners to provide tailored financial solutions and exceptional client experience; complies with SAFE Act requirements and background checks; candidates should have mortgage origination experience, strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, and be flexible to work weekends/extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to assess client needs, leadership ability, build trust, deepen relationships, and/or self-source business combined with a proven record in consultative sales and delivering tailored financial solutions
