Originates loans for residential mortgage needs as the primary lending specialist in the financial center; delivers First Mortgage and HELOC lending products in person or by telephone and may offer Auto Loans, Credit Cards and Core Banking products; balances sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care; presents home lending product solutions, submits the mortgage application, gathers supporting loan documentation, and maintains client updates through outbound calls, email, and online messaging; conducts outreach and pipeline management and refers clients to internal partners as needed; collaborates with financial center leaders to deliver exceptional client experience.
