Job Summary
Deliver First Mortgage, HELOC, Auto Loans, and Credit Card products in person or by telephone while balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care. Analyze client financial needs to recommend tailored solutions, submit mortgage applications, and guide clients through documentation collection via outbound calls, email, and online messaging. Manage outreach, pipeline activities, and consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs, while connecting with internal partners for referrals and providing specialized coaching to associates. Submit mortgage applications, assists clients with gathering supporting loan documentation, and keeps clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process through outbound calls, email, and online messaging. This role requires full-time commitment within the financial center, including the ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed. Candidates must maintain good standing with the federal registry system for SAFE Act registration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience
