Job Summary
Credit Service Representative (Mortgage) is a full-time remote role handling credit report verifications and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, analyzing electronic and telephonic information, processing supplements, directing inquiries to appropriate teams, ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance, reviewing credit reports, and maintaining knowledge of Xactus products and policies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience; salary starts at $18.30/hour (annualized to $38,064) with fully remote work eligibility for applicants based in the U.S. Training is remote; workstation setup and equipment provided. Required Qualifications
