Job Summary
Control and optimize the credit risk data lifecycle through governance, controls, and remediation while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Lead and facilitate credit risk monitoring bodies, drive the monitoring of counterparties to be rated, and strengthen controls across the rating tracking framework. Maintain strong risk oversight by managing group exposures and strict adherence to credit committee-approved limits, monitor key regulatory data for consistency, and participate in projects to automate key processes. Contribute to sharing the risk culture with business teams within an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- More than three years of experience in a similar role
- Ideally within a credit risk management department, a bank, or a financial institution
- Strong understanding of credit risk concepts, including rating methodologies, counterparty risk, group exposures ("grappage"), and limit frameworks
- Solid knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Basel III/IV, CRR) related to credit risk and regulatory reporting
- Experience in managing the credit risk data lifecycle, implementing controls, and performing data reconciliation/remediation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to support process automation and dashboard creation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good listening ability
- Rigorous and proactive
- Good sense of synthesis and analysis
- Adaptable in order to achieve your objectives
- Fluent in English with a B2 level
