Job Summary
Associate role supporting Wholesale Credit Risk Middle Office with day-to-day execution of core credit risk middle office processes, including credit limit setup and maintenance, client data management, limit breach monitoring and investigation, Net Asset Value gathering, and logistics around onboarding/offboarding. Partners with risk, operations, technology, product, and operations teams; focuses on maintaining strong controls, timely issue escalation, and process improvements leveraging intelligent solutions/tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau). Contributes to multi-year roadmap for onboarding, risk grading, and asset-management client servicing; emphasizes SLA performance and identifying control breaks for remediation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in financial services, operations, or a related field.
- Ability to identify problems and collaborate across teams to identify or develop solutions that improve outcomes and controls.
- Contributed to initiatives that helped drive measurable improvements and positive outcomes.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a relevant risk, control, or operational discipline.
