Job Summary
Vice President, Credit Risk: ISG Lending, FSL Esoteric at Morgan Stanley. Lead end-to-end credit evaluation for structured lending, warehouse facilities, and asset-backed financing transactions collateralized by franchise royalties, digital infrastructure, and project finance assets. Provide primary credit risk coverage, establish internal credit ratings and monitoring, assess amendments/waivers, and prepare internal memoranda for senior credit officers and portfolio reviews. Engage with regulators and internal audit as appropriate; contribute to junior team development. Requires 5-10+ years in credit risk, strong cash flow analysis, familiarity with structured finance or securitization, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-10+ years of experience in credit risk, covering structured finance, project finance, or specific/general corporate industries
- Strong experience analyzing cash flow based structures, leverage profiles, downside scenarios, and stress cases
- Familiarity with structured transactions, securitization style financings, or complex collateral packages preferred
Desired Qualifications

- Advanced degree a plus
- Strong credit risk/structured finance background
- 5-10+ years of experience in credit risk
- Experience with cash flow analysis and securitization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
