Credit Risk Collections Oversight Associate (ICB)

Job Summary
Oversee 2LOD credit risk oversight of collections and recoveries for consumer products, design and maintain oversight activities (in-cycle testing, exception reporting, case reviews, thematic reviews), and prepare comprehensive reviews for business stakeholders; provide SME guidance on collections requirements and drive action plans. Collaborates with Credit Risk Oversight Forum and Risk Committees to communicate findings and monitor remediation; requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of debt collections, and ability to operate in agile environments.
Required Qualifications
- Degree level education with 3 years or more of relevant work experience
- Advanced PC Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with data extraction, manipulation and analysis in SQL or Python is a plus
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Deep understanding of collections & recoveries domain and regulatory expectations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in agile environments and deliver results
- Experience with stakeholder communication and issue remediation tracking
