Credit Risk Associate – C&SI Middle Market Corporates

Credit Risk Associate in C&SI Middle Market Corporates based in Bengaluru, India. Independently manage client portfolios with credit analysis covering macro overview, industry/sector, business, financials, projections modelling, and recommend changes to credit ratings and facilities. Lead in negotiating credit terms with senior officers, finalize documentation, and support due diligence on capital market transactions. Collaborate with North America approvers on onboarding and deal structuring, build relationships across lines of business, and engage junior team members in deals. Develop knowledge of clients/sectors, ensure governance and data quality, and support LoB projects including trainings and recruitment. Requires 4-7 years of credit risk analysis experience, postgraduate degree, and strong communication/interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to work independently and in a team.
