Credit Risk Analyst | French Bilingual

Job Summary
Assess merchant portfolios to identify, mitigate, and reduce fraud and credit losses for clients and Fiserv; collaborate with Funding, Legal, Operations, and Client Services to investigate suspicious merchant processing activity and recommend actions that protect the firm from financial loss while supporting client relationships. Responsibilities include reviewing and investigating merchant accounts for fraud and credit risk exposure, making timely risk-based decisions, coordinating risk mitigation and remediation efforts, communicating high-risk activity to internal/external stakeholders, analyzing financial metrics and collateral needs, negotiating terms in line with risk guidelines, handling merchant inquiries, and delivering ad hoc analyses and process improvements in a high-pressure environment. Requires English-French bilingual proficiency, on-site work schedule, and U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, payments, or a related environment with exposure to fraud, risk, or credit decisioning
- 2+ years of customer service or client-facing experience, including handling complex or adverse situations
- Must have bilingual proficiency in English & French
- Experience usingMicrosoft Excel and Microsoft Word to analyze data and create clear documentation
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial documents and merchant processing data
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Sponsorship: valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization (non-eligibility for visa sponsorship would be noted by the employer)
