Job Summary
Analyze customer financial statements to determine conditions and recommend credit limits for medium monetary value accounts. Independently manage customer accounts, resolve credit issues, and present recommendations to management. Research receivables delinquency, determine communication methods, and negotiate payments to ensure cash flow with minimal risk. Identify non-payment trends, engage internal partners, and develop strategies for Agencies and Partners to prevent delinquencies. Train new team members as needed. This role supports O2C operations within the Credit Risk team at Criteo, a commerce intelligence platform, with a shift from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in credit internally or in banking
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Developed accounting knowledge
- Advanced understanding of credit processes, financial principles etc
- Strong understanding of customer's internal payment processes
- Solid problem solving and prioritization skills
- Good computer skills
- Solid understanding of risk mitigation tools
- Basic project management skills
- Shift EMEA - 12:30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST
