Job Summary
Lead a Credit Review team as Vice President, chair planning, kick-off, findings presentations, and closing meetings; coordinate with the Credit Review Director on assignments, scope, risk controls, and reporting; participate in team-led reviews with financial analyses and risk assessments; perform continuous monitoring of assigned portfolios and engage in portfolio review meetings; serve as an information resource on commercial credit risk and policy; collaborate with Credit Risk Management stakeholders to maintain independence; ensure consistent application of firm-wide Risk Policy and Credit Review Procedures; complete special projects as assigned; travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experienced credit professional with commercial credit experience
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial credit principles and strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work in dynamic fast-paced environment
- Willing to demonstrate personal responsibility and accountability
- Proven ability to learn quickly, be adaptable, and think strategically
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, with a high sense of urgency
- Works well individually and in teams
- Ability to travel as required
