Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of criticized and classified commercial credits across Wholesale Banking lines of business. Analyze company and industry performance to provide recommendations to senior relationship managers. Evaluate business, operational, and technical challenges through research and assessment of alternative solutions to support moderately complex risk-related deliverables. Develop and present recommendations to resolve complex credit situations while building expertise in Credit Resolution policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Credit Resolution partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to support effective risk management and portfolio outcomes. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and effective collaboration to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Credit Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to work from one of the approved locations listed in the job posting
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Certain compliance policies may apply regarding outside business activities and personal investing
  • Affected employees will be expected to provide required information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and comply with applicable policy requirements

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial or corporate lending experience in a credit-intensive role
  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in commercial or corporate workouts, special assets, or credit resolution
  • Working knowledge of loan documentation, including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related legal documents
  • Ability to gather, analyze, package, and present findings in a clear, logical, and insightful manner
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
