Credit Representative

Credit Representative role focused on locating, notifying, and securing payments from customers with delinquent accounts. Responsibilities include sending text messages and letters to encourage payment, contacting customers by text or phone to determine reasons for overdue payments, documenting all correspondence, receiving and posting payments, managing a cash drawer, traveling to customers’ homes to collect payments or assist with repossessions when approved, preparing paperwork for potential legal action, initiating credit investigations under supervision, logging daily activity, handling various documentation and CRM systems, assisting on the sales floor as needed, maintaining sales quotas, and upholding company values (H.O.M.E.).
