Credit Representative

Locate, notify, and secure payments from customers with delinquent accounts by sending text messages, mailing notices, and conferring via text or telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments. Document all correspondence, receive payments, and post amounts to customer accounts while maintaining and balancing assigned cash drawers. Travel to customers' homes to collect late payments or assist with repossessions upon Store Manager approval, and prepare paperwork for legal action against severely late-paying customers. Initiate credit investigations for new applicants, log work activities, and operate office equipment as necessary. Assist customers on the sales floor, greet shoppers, demonstrate products, and update CRM systems to maintain sales quotas.
