Job Summary
The Credit Products Process Performance Analyst supports end-to-end Credit Products processes by developing and implementing tracking, monitoring, and reporting; identifying KPIs; monitoring SLAs; and driving process-improvement initiatives across Credit Products and the Corporate Banking Group. The role involves supporting senior analysts, analyzing and documenting procedures for conformity across lines of business, identifying inefficiencies and working with stakeholders to address them, and leveraging core commercial banking systems to drive improvement. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are required, with preferred experience in Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of process improvement and/or project management experience or other closely related business unit experience
- Demonstrated success participating in process improvement projects
- Knowledge of the Credit Products processes and commercial banking industry
- Six Sigma-Master Yellow Belt certification
- Experience writing data queries and performing data analysis
- PowerBi experience
- Microsoft Office Suite- Powerpoint and Excel
